Your Why is your ultimate purpose in life. It’s the very reason that you get out of bed every single day. I have a very powerful Why that keeps me laser-focused on the road of success and prosperity. I speak my Why out loud on a daily basis, not just once, but many times. Speaking your Why helps to move it into existence. The power of the spoken word is unimaginable. Its power is incomprehensible.
Dr. Creflo Dollar is one of my personal best spiritual advisors. I had been lately reviewing one of his web-based Bible studies and discovered this statement about words:”The potential to improve begins with your own words. Your own words have serious potential; and good or bad, you’ll have what you say. When you start to take obligation for your words, you will change your own life. Judge your speech and teach your self to just communicate what you think. By communicating faith-filled phrases, you place yourself to obtain the pledges of God.”
As usual, Creflo over-delivered by providing this Bible reference to back up what he had said: Proverbs 18: 20-21 says “A man shall be filled with the fruit of his words whether good or evil. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. Read more...

Many have weighed in on the problem of obesity. It has, undoubtedly, earned its name “obesity epidemic.” The problem continues to flare out of control even amidst increased awareness.
The problem is multi-faceted due to the multiple causes behind the problem. One potential cause of obesity is the basic genetic makeup. Obesity very noticeably tends to run in families. This makes it seem obvious that the tendency for obesity is passed along genetically. The actual statistics indicate that children of obese parents have a 25 to 30% chance of experiencing similar obesity issues. Some believe this increased risk is simply biologic.
But other experts suggest it is not biology alone causing society to suffer from obesity. They suggest it is a combination of both cultural and biological factors. In addition to inheriting genes that could leave them more likely to suffer from obesity, children learn bad eating and lifestyle habits from their parents and/or siblings. Negative food choices, and poor priorities when it comes to nutrition increase the risk for obesity greatly. And obesity negatively affects the general health. Read more...

Although it should not usually be a high medical concern, it can cause much discomfort and embarrassment. Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating can be quite difficult for the sufferer. There are some ways to cure underarm hyperhidrosis guide ideas to consider.
The first thing you should do if you suffer from this malady is to check with your doctor. In some cases it can be caused by a medical condition or medications that you are taking. If this is ruled out, there are some possible steps to take to improve the condition.
One suggestion has been to avoid spicy foods, alcohol, and hot drinks. Although they are not known to cause the sweating, they can aggravate it. Stress and anxiety can also cause the symptoms to worsen. So if possible, try to avoid stressful situations. Another good idea is to wear only clothes made of natural materials. These tend to be able to breathe and can lower sweating.
There are prescription antiperspirants and medications available if the problem is severe and regular over-the-counter antiperspirants do not do a thorough job.
Herbal supplements have also been shown to have some effect on the condition, but their success is limited. Read more...
