I worry less about my daughter going wayward when she finally goes away to college, more of others pointing her to the wrong way. I taught her to use her brain and innate abilities to think for herself and act fast in a situation.

I am fond of camping, particularly in the forest. Just like my father has often reminded me about outdoor safety, I never venture into the outdoors unprepared with self-defense tools against animal attacks such as bears.
