Living a longer healthier life in the present day will take time and effort in order to be successful. There is no magic pill or fountain of youth but there are simple things you can do which will allow you to live longer and healthier.
1.Eat mostly raw foods. Eat very little processed foods. Eat less. Living foods are the only source that contains the precursor to the formation of SOD (superoxide dismutase). This antioxidant enzyme is required to protect your cells from the combustion of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen which is going on as a natural function to produce energy. Other antioxidants found in raw anti aging foods also help with this function.
2.Green Tea Consumption. Green tea, considered a superfood, has one of the most powerful nutrient combinations available. Green tea has been proven to help in the fight against heart disease, cancer and stroke. When drinking green tea try to drink organic whole leaf teas. ‘Serious skin care’ is about maintaining a healthy and glowing skin all through your life. As you grow older, your body’s natural skin care mechanisms become weaker.
