Using bioidentical hormones to stay healthy. The fast paced, high stress lives of professionals often take a serious toll on the health and well being of them. It’s in the hustle and bustle of life where it can seem impossible to squeeze in all of the duties and responsibilities we must attend to, let alone take care of our bodies and health.
Unfortunately, most of us only go to the doctor when something very bad occurs or if it’s time for that annual check up session. This is why many people find out about a major problem when it’s too late to fix it and why too many people are leading lives that create the most unhealthiest state of being.

Almost one third of the population of the USA currently has, or have had in the past, hemorrhoids. This common issue is caused by poor diet, constipation, a sedentary lifestyle, and other health issues. Hemorrhoids usually develop from damaged blood vessels and membranes in the anal canal or rectum, and can be extremely painful or itchy. While they usually go away on their own if given time to heal, they can be very bothersome while healing. Using a hemorrhoid home remedy can help a person suffering with hemorrhoids feel more comfortable, and can help them heal faster.
Hydrotherapy is another home treatment used to relieve hemorrhoids. Simply soaking your body in a warm bathtub has been shown to reduce the swelling that a condition of severe hemorrhoids causes. Hydrotherapy works by causing the vessels in and around the rectal region to relax, which in turn reduces swelling.
The first step to curing hemorrhoids is first easing the symptoms. Keeping the area clean and maintaining a healthy diet can help calm the painful hemorrhoids. Most additional discomfort comes from constipation, a good diet of fiber, fruits and veggies can lessen the pressure. In addition to cleaning the area, warm sitz baths and heating pads have been known to also relieve the swelling and itching. Read more...

The time to see a doctor usually only happens once for a regular check up or when something really, really wrong happens. With this type of mentality, it’s usually too late when major issues are finally found out about. This is obviously no way to live out our lives in the healthiest manner possible.
Body Scan from EMTexas.com
In an effort to keep costs down insurance companies do not allow doctors to use CT scans and other in depth tests on a regular basis.
