Over the years,people have been able to come up or even formulate various causes of snoring. These causes are usually categorized into two groups for example,causes within our control,such as habitual factors and causes that are out of our control,like factors to do with your sex(male or female).The following are some of the reasons that you may end up finding yourself snoring in sleep and then start wondering how it came to be.
Old age is one of the reasons you may find yourself snoring as it is one of the causes of snoring while sleeping.The reason behind this is that,as you age,your throat muscles become more weaker and usually this makes the surrounding tissues within your throat to sag and be able to vibrate.This makes you produce noisy sounds as you sleep which is said to be snoring.
Allergies and ailments such as asthma,a cold or even sinus infections may lead to you snoring in your sleep as they bring about breathing problems in a person.
